The Coldwell Banker Home Listing Report is the most extensive home price comparison tool currently available in the U.S. Because other reports provide average or median prices for all homes in a given area, they can sometimes compare homes of vastly different sizes. The Home Listing Report looks specifically at four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes across more than 2,000 U.S. markets to provide a more apples to apples comparison of home prices across the country.
